• Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment.
• If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

 We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you experience flight delays or other travel-related issues, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you whenever we can.
